備註
閣下一旦登記成為「每童一電腦」— 亞太區計劃的義工，即表示明白及同意下列事項：

18歲以下之登記者必須在父母或法定監護人同意及監督下登記成為義工。
所有義工之個人資料將被列為機密處理，並祇會在個人資料(私隱)條例准許下才作出披露。
活動期間所拍攝的照片及攝錄的影片，部份會用作本機構宣傳及出版等用途。
本會職員收到表格後，會邀請閣下出席「義工服務簡介會」。

Remarks
In registering as a Volunteer of OLPC APAC you understand and agree that:

Applicants who are under 18 years of age and are registering as a Volunteer and will participate in volunteer programme only with the consent and under the supervision of your parent or legal guardian.
Your personal data is classified as confidential and will only be disclosed where permitted by the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
Some of the photos and videos taken in the activities will be used for publicity and publication purposes.
Our staff will contact you for a volunteer orientation session upon receiving your application.
